Essential responsibilities and duties:
Answering incoming phone calls
Scheduling our technicians and meetings
Administrative assistance to different departments
Friendly and outgoing
3 years of administrative assistance experience, minimum
Ability to problem solve
Excellent time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to partner and collaborate with others
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft programs: Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize with multiple to-do items and shifting priorities
